My laptop uses PC2100 266Ghz but it is also compatible next to PC2700 333Ghz. Since I have a choice to buy any of these which one should I go for? Both cost approx like.

You computer won't see the difference. The higher speed bump clocks down to run at the lower speed. However it doesn't work the other way. If your computer come with the sophisticated speed ram and you put contained by the lower speed, it wouldn't work. In older computers, if you put workstation 66 in a notebook 100 computer it would burn out.
