Why does the guise key on my switch board not respond sometimes.It seem to evolve when I'm contained by yahoo post.

I own a regular keyboard attached to my laptop that I use for typing . I do not reason this is the problem because when I use the laptop keyboard impossible to tell apart thing happen.I notice that the cursor blinks at an irregular rate when it is surrounded by Yahoo mail.
