I just this minute purchased an iPod Shuffle, but when I hook it up to my Dell laptop, the computer doesn't recognize it. I've checked the connections and they are ok, and it will recharge the iPod, but I can't nouns anything. My son was competent to load music onto it using his computer, but no luck next to mine.

Install the software included with the Ipod and craft sure Itunes is installed on the laptop.
it that doesnt work call dell they hold tech support 24/7 just pray u dont capture someone you cant understand resembling i did today
