I am trying to convey an e-mail and my host server name is not right what is my host (server)

Normally the servers are name as follows:
If your email address is xxx@yyy.com then the pop3 address is pop.yyy.com or communication.yyy.com and the smtp address is smtp.yyy.com. This is usually the way it is done but it may fluctuate with your server.
You want to get it from your hosting Cpanel.
Right click it and unfold properties.
You must call your internet service provider and ask them. Usually it is something similar to mail.netzero.com for incoming letters and smtp.netzero.com for outgoing if you're a netzero customer for example. Sometimes the word before netzero.com is different for some ISPs.
