these are both 17 inch laptops. which laptop is better? they both enjoy the same stats. the E1705 doesnt enjoy media direct, but have vista premium. the 9400 just come out and has medium direct, but only have vista basic.

I would avoid anything Dell right now, as they are enjoy been experiencing serious feature problems over the last three years. The Inspiron is really unreliable and of poor quality.
