I love my Macbook but the topcase have broken twice in 2 months. I consider thats pretty bad for a piece of equipment that cost lb1,200. AND - I took it back today for a second repair and they accuse ME of dropping it thus causing the chip! Weirdly adequate it just come apart but the way it cracked, it looks resembling when you snap a piece of wood (jagged).
I am furious about this. And I bet I'll carry it back next to a few more cracks and bumps as you always do...
* Apple basically seems to own feedback on their website, not a complaints section. This is most definately a COMPLAINT!
